Policy

  • Computer Condition: Customers must ensure the computer can power on and function to a basic level. If the device cannot boot or does not work at all, services will not be provided.
  • Checking Fee: Checking fee is mandatory and non‑refundable. It will be counted as part of the final bill if you proceed with the service.
  • Final Price: Final price depends on the actual work required and complexity after inspection.
  • Data Responsibility: Clients are advised to back up data before service. We are not responsible for unexpected data loss during repair, reinstall, or upgrade.
  • Cleaning Service: The cleaning service includes complete cleaning of the entire computer (desktop or laptop), covering interior and exterior dust removal, fan cleaning, and CPU thermal paste replacement.
  • Warranty: Services include a 7‑day limited support warranty for the same issue only. New or separate issues are charged as new cases.
  • Payment Method: Full payment upon service completion (Cash, FPS, PayMe, or Bank Transfer).
  • On‑site Service: May include an extra transportation fee depending on location.
